Return Eligibility

1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
2. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
2. Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a company error.

Refund Process

1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method  7 business days.
